About the Artist

The Artist's background includes a Bachelor's, Honour's and Master's degree in Architecture obtained cum laude from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, as well as a Master's in Applied Science obtained jointly from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (Netherlands) & the University of Pretoria. She has worked as an architect in Germany and is currently practicing in Pretoria, South Africa.

Her architectural artworks have been published in the New York based magazine, Architizer, as one of the international finalists of best freehand architectural sketching. She started posting her work online in 2018 and today her following comprises of over 10 000 international users.

Commissions

Commissions are perfect if you are looking for something special, a conversation piece for your home or office, or a unique and sentimental gift.

Artworks can be created of any building subject: Childhood or first homes, home town or travel landmarks, offices, anniversary commemorations such as where you met, where you where engaged or married. The possibilities are endless and completely unique to each individual, also making for perfect gifts.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are created by hand. Care is taken to ensure that each original artwork is unique and one of a kind. The subjects are of architectural or historic significance and prompt feelings of sentiment and nostalgia.

The bulk of the effort lies in the research done before creating an artwork. The history is studied as well as the design and the context of the building. This allows for an understanding of the story behind the building and the features that make the building unique. Through this process an appropriate layout and perspective is identified.

The artworks are created with free flow ink pen on high quality ecologically friendly Italian Fabriano paper.

Prints

Limited edition prints are available on selected artworks. High Resolution Scanning and Fine Art printing allows for maximum quality.

Prints are numbered and signed by hand.
